摘 要:首都职工学习超市是素质工程重点推进的创新型、实践型学习项目,具有教育服务自助、课程产品标准、学习选择自主、管理系统连锁、教育收费低廉的优势。如何保障学习超市资源供给方能够积极、优质、高效、可持续的提供丰富的学习产品,同时保障学习者有兴趣、有动力、有实效且持续的投入学习,是学习超市实践研究中的两大核心问题。本文在学习资源建设方面尝试以群建众享模式来构建和完善学习超市的资源建设方案,希望对学习超市项目的管理运行提供有益借鉴。Learning supermarket for capital employees is an innovative and practical project in program of quality-oriented cultivation for capital workers, it has the advantage of self-education services, curriculum product standards, self-study options, chain management system and low education fees. There are two core issues in the practice and research of learning supermarkets. One is how to protect the supplier to provide actively supermarket resources, high quality, efficient and sustainable learning products. The other is how to ensure learners to be interested and to sustain investment in learning. This paper attempts to build and improve resource-building programs in learning supermarket from group built sharing mode in order to provide a useful reference for the management of learning supermarket project.
