经口鼻蝶入路手术治疗159例垂体瘤的围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨经口鼻蝶入路手术治疗垂体瘤的围术期护理方法,提高手术成功率。方法对159例经口鼻蝶入路手术治疗垂体瘤患者进行完善的术前术后护理,特别是针对术后易出现的并发症及早采取相应的治疗措施,提高手术成功率,促进患者早日康复。结果 159例患者术前精神状态好,手术顺利进行,术后5例发生尿崩症,2例发生垂体功能低下,经积极治疗及护理,患者均治愈出院。结论有针对性地做好经口鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的围术期护理,是提高手术成功率,促进患者早日康复的关键。Objective We aimed to investigate the perioperative nursing methods for patients who will suffer trans-sphenoidal approach operation to treat pituitary tumor, in order to improve the success rate of surgery. Methods Preoperative and postoperative nursing were supplied to 159 cases of patients who received transsphenoidal approach surgery to treat pituitary adenoma, corresponding treatment measures as early as possible, especially for the postoperative complications and take in order to improve the success rate of operation and promote the recovery of patients. Results All the 159 cases of patients were at good preoperative mental state and the operations were carried out smoothly. 5 cases of postoperative diabetes insipidus occurred, 2 cases of low pituitary function, but these patients were cured after active treatment and nursing. Conclusions Targeted perioperative nursing for patients who will suffer trans-sphenoidal approach operation to treat pituitary tumor is the key to improve the success rate of surgery and promote the recovery of patients.
