摘　　要：重视人文关怀,是思想政治教育创新发展的本质要求,也是党的"生命线"理念之于新形势的新要求所做出的丰富和发展。思想政治教育与人文关怀存在高度的契合性,二者有着一致的价值取向。在坚持意识形态主导性的同时注重人文关怀,这是思想政治教育独特的时代价值和现实功效。思想政治教育发展注重人文关怀必须坚持马克思主义的引领,立足社会发展的实际,用现代化的思想理念塑造和支撑人文精神。Emphasis on human care is the essential requirement of ideological and political education.Also,it is the＂lifeline＂which is established by the Communist Party of China based on the new situation and development.There will be a kind of internal consistency and value system between ideological and political education and human care.Either adhering to the dominant ideology or respecting for human care,which is unique era value and trend by the special practice.Displaying the effects of ideological and political education must be in accordance with Marxism which can lead diversified resources about human thoughts scientifically.Meanwhile,we need to proceed from reality on the basis of the actual social development.With modern ideas,ideological and political education can shape and support the human spirit fundamentally.
