摘 要:影响个体创造力表现的非认知因素主要包括情绪、动机和人格特质三个方面。积极和中等激活水平的情绪有利于个体创造力的发挥,在某些情境下消极情绪也可能会起到促进作用。内部动机是促进创造力表现的重要心理动力,而外部动机、尤其是奖励是否会削弱个体创造力仍存争议。在5因素人格模型中与创造力有明确积极相关的是开放性维度,部分研究表明创造力可能与外向性存在正相关,与谨慎性、宜人性、神经质存在负相关。最后文章还介绍了情绪、动机和人格之间的交互作用对创造力的影响,并在趋近—回避系统框架的整合下分析了三者与创造力的关系。Emotion,motivation and personality are the three main non-cognitive factors that affect individual creativity.A positive and moderate level of emotional activation is conducive to individual creativity;and,in some situations,negative emotions are also helpful to it.Here,intrinsic motivation is an important psychological impetus to creativity while the effect of extrinsic motivation,especially whether the external reward will impede creativity,still remains controversial.As for the"Big Five"dimension of personality,there is a clear positive correlation between openness and creativity.Extraversion is also found positive in some studies.Conscientiousness,agreeableness,neuroticism are usually negative with creativity.Finally,the interactions between emotion,motivation and personality are described and their relationships with creativity within the framework of approaching-avoiding system are integrated.
