摘　　要："大医精诚""大医习业"是孙思邈关于医德医术修养的专论,也是我国古代第一次系统全面论述医德修养的文章。孙思邈关于医德修养的论述,既符合儒家的仁爱思想,又包含道家"少私寡欲"的成分。他的医德主张与儒道思想有密切的渊源关系,对后世有举足轻重的影响;在医患关系复杂的今天,孙思邈的医德思想仍具有引导和鞭策作用。＂Dayi Jingcheng＂and＂Dayi Xiye＂are SUN Simiao＇s monographs about the cultivation of medical ethics and medical skills,which are firstly and systematically described in ancient time. His expositions not only accord with benevolent thoughts of the Confucians but also contain desire- lessening theory of Taoists. His proposition on medical ethics has close relations with the Confucians playing a decisive role in the future. With the physician- patient relationships more and more complicate,his thoughts can still guide and encourage the descendants nowadays.
