美澳教育文化特点及优势研究

摘　　要：美国和澳大利亚都曾是英国的海外殖民地,在殖民时期走向独立,并在短短的二百多年的时间里走向繁荣、富裕和强大,其文化背景、治国方略、发展模式、教育理念和人才养成必定隐含深意。在中美、中澳合作办学的过程中,对美国和澳大利亚的文化,特别是教育文化进行研究和剖析,寻求其特点和优势,对我国的教育体制、人才培养以及科教兴国战略的实施起到积极的指导和借鉴作用。The United States（ US） and Australia were colonies of the United Kingdom（ UK）.Both of them got independence in the colonial era,and became prosperous,wealthy and strong in two hundred years.During this process,their culture background,strategies of state govermance,development model, education ideas and talented person cultivation matter.Therefore,it has great value to analyze the culture of US and Australia,especially the educational culture,to grasp their characteristics and learn their advantage,which will play positive guiding and referential role in the improvement of Chinese education system,talented persons cultivation and the implementing of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.
