提高科研院所企业产品标准编制质量的若干思考

摘　　要：企业产品标准是企业规定一个产品或一类产品应符合的要求以及保证其适用性的技术规范,它是企业组织生产、质量检验的依据,是与顾客签订合同的基础,也是提供合格产品验收的准则。笔者根据科研院所产品的特点,结合多年企业标准管理的实践,通过对现状的分析,总结了科研院所编制企业产品标准中存在的问题,并进行了认真分析和思考,提出了提高科研院所企业产品标准编制质量的措施。Product standards are compiled by the enterprise to regulate the requirements which a type or a class of products should be consistent with and the technical specifi cation which could ensure the applicability of products. These standards are not only the basis for the enterprise to organize production and inspect quality and sign contract with customers, but also the acceptance criteria for the quality of products. In this paper, based on the products characteristic of enterprise belong to research institute and combined the years of management practice in enterprise standards and according to the analysis of the current tendency, the problems which exist generally in compiling enterprise standards for research institute are summarized. And some available solutions for these problems are proposed based on rigorous analysis and refl ection.
