摘　　要：肝癌样本库的信息安全是样本库信息化建设中非常重要而又极易被忽视的内容。结合上海东方肝胆外科医院肝癌样本库在信息安全管理方面实施的实际情况和存在的不足分别进行简要介绍。提出了肝癌样本库的信息安全管理应该包括样本信息保障体系安全,样本管理系统的系统架构安全,样本数据的隐私与存储安全,样本数据的使用管理安全等方面。同时,指出了目前建立肝癌样本库信息安全保障体系存在的技术问题,探讨了肝癌样本库信息安全管理的发展方向。Information security is very important and easily neglected aspects during the information construction of National Liver Tissue Bank.In this paper,the actual information security management situation and the existing problems of Shanghai Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital National Liver Tissue Bank were briefly introduced.Proposed the information security management of National Liver Tissue Bank should include sample information security system safety,sample management system architecture safety,privacy and storage of sample data safety,the use management of sample data safety,etc.Also,pointed out the existing problems in technical aspects of National Liver Tissue Bank information security system establishment discussed the development direction of National Liver Tissue Bank information security management.
