大蒜素联合制霉素阴道栓治疗衣原体支原体感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨大蒜素联合制霉素阴道栓治疗衣原体支原体感染的临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的80例衣原体支原体感染的患者资料并将患者分为对照组与试验组,对照组患者采用大蒜素胶囊进行口服用药治疗,试验组患者采用大蒜素联合制霉素阴道栓进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者痊愈例数、总有效率、治疗后阴道清洁度为Ⅰ度的明显优于对照组,且无1例Ⅳ度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素联合制霉素阴道栓治疗衣原体支原体感染疗效更切实。Objective To explore al icin body toxin vaginal suppository treatment of chlamydia mycoplasma infection the clinical curative effect.Methods Our hospital 80 cases of chlamydia mycoplasma infection patients were divided into control group and experimental group and control group were treated by garlic capsules of oral medication therapy,the experimental group were treated by al icin body toxin vaginal suppository for treatment.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results In the test group,the total efficiency of the number of cured cases,after the treatment of vaginal cleaning degree is significantly better than the control group Ⅰto Ⅳ 1 cases,and no cases,the dif erence was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Al icin body toxin vaginal suppository treatment of chlamydia mycoplasma infection curative effect more realistic.
