摘  要:分子诊断学作为医学检验专业的一门主干课程,分子诊断技术发展迅速、应用广泛,采用研究型实验教学模式能适应课程建设发展与促进特色专业人才培养,通过加强实验师资队伍建设、整合资源加强实验室硬件建设、精心选择实验项目与内容、全面开放实验室、完善考评机制等方面进行改革尝试,经过3年的探索与实践,大部分学生满意研究型实验教学模式,普遍反映提高了动手能力和主动学习能力,对分子诊断学实验的整体流程也有了全局认识,更重要的是培养了科学系统的思维方式,提升文献检索能力与科研素质。实行研究型教学模式在实验教学中发挥了重要作用,有利于培养具有科研能力的高素质的创新性、应用型检验技术人才。Molecular diagnostics is one of the main course of medical laboratory specialty. With the rapid development of molecular diagnosis technology, it is wide applied. Using the research experiment teaching mode can adapt curricula construction development and promote the personnel training of characteristic specialty. By strengthening the construction of experiment teaching team and integrate resources to strengthen laboratory hardware construction, students can fully select experimental projects and contents; Overall laboratories are opened and the evaluation system is improved. We carried out the reform attempt of molecular diagnostics teaching. After three years of exploration and practice, most of the students generally reflected that they enhanced practical ability and active learning ability by the research experiment teaching mode. They had a global awareness of overall process of molecular diagnostics experiment. And more important results were to train the mode of scientific system thinking, promote literature retrieval ability and scientific research quality. The research teaching mode played an important role in the experimental teaching, it was beneficial to cultivate scientific research ability of innovative and practical inspection technology talents with high quality.
