面向应用型人才培养的校企联合实验室建设与实践

摘　　要：建设应用型大学,提高应用型人才的实践能力,校企产学研联合实验室是关键。依照应用型地方大学服务区域经济以及社会发展的办学宗旨,分析了社会地方对应用型大学的具体需求,并详细阐述了校企联合实验室在响应这些需求以及应用型、技能型人才培养中发挥的作用。现以东莞理工学院计算机科学与技术实验教学中心为例,论述了以多种灵活的合作模式与企业联合建立各类实验室与实践基地,对学生实践能力、创新能力的培养所起的促进作用。The university-enterprise joint lab is a key factor in the construction of application-oriented universities and the improvement of practical capabilities of application-oriented talents. The joint lab is the link that connects universities with the society and enterprises. Based on the mission of application-oriented local universities to serve regional economy and social development, this paper highlights the region＇ s detailed requirements for the local universities. Also, it investigates the roles played by the unlversity-enterprlse joint labs in meeting these requirements and training application-oriented talents. Finally, taking the Experimental Teaching Center for Computer Science and Technology at the Dongguan University of Technology as a case study, it explores the multiple flexible modes to establish joint labs with enterprises and their effects in improving students＇ practical skills and innovation capabilities.
