摘　　要：为了更好地发挥中医的治疗和保健作用,必需充分利用现代检测技术并结合中医传统"四诊"方法,建立完善的中医现代诊断技术体系。传统中医诊断是通过"望、闻、问、切"四诊合参来进行病证鉴别的,缺乏客观临床评价指标和检测依据。在西医发展中已发挥重要作用的现代检测技术在中医领域的应用尚不明确,但中医和西医研究的对象和内容都是人体和人体健康,在西医领域已发挥了重要作用的现代诊断技术也一定可应用于中医的病证诊断。如何利用已有检测技术完善中医诊断方法,应是中医当今面临的重要研究内容之一,将为中医诊断的发展提供新的机遇。In order to better apply the treatment and health care function of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） , it is necessary to establish the perfect TCM modern diagnostic techniques system by combining modern detection technology with traditional TCM four diagnostic methods （i. e. , inspection, auscultation and olfaction, interrogation, and pulse feeling and palpation）. TCM diagnosis is a process that doctors analyze the relevant information gathered from the four diagnostic methods, but the diagnosis lacks objective clinical evaluation and testing basis. Whether the modern diagnostic technologies, which play important roles in western medicine, can be applied in the diagnosis of TCM,＇？ However, the research object and the content of TCM and western medicine are all the human body and human health. Therefore, the modern diagnostic technologies carl also be applied in the diagnosis of TCM. How to use the existing detection technology to improve the diagnostic methods of TCM should be one of the important research contents of TCM. The research will provide new opportunity for the development of TCM diagnosis technologies.
