摘  要:结合第二炮兵工程大学"导弹发射与定向瞄准"军队重点实验室在长期人才培养工作中的实践,介绍了通过军队重点实验室的开放性建设,重视不同层次人才培养的客观差异,通过多层次、系统性的实验教学设计,稳步推进创新型军事人才队伍建设的做法和经验。实践表明,军队重点实验室作为军队知识创新体系的重要组成部分,应当成为新型军事人才培养的重要基地,在培养创新性军事人才、服务部队战斗力生成和国家科技工作等方面发挥重要作用。Combined Artillery Engineering with the works of army key laboratory of " Missile Launch and Directional Aiming" in the Second University, the practice and methods for cultivating talents are introduced. The methods include to pay attention to personnel training objective difference of different levels and push forward steadily the building of military talents of innovative through experimental teaching design. The practice shows that the key laboratory, as an important part of the knowledge innovation system of the army, should become an important base for training new military talents, and must play an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents, military service troops fighting force generation and the national science and technology work.
