摘　　要：分析了PI制的特点,总结本单位科研组织管理模式实施PI制后对共享平台设备、人员、服务出现的新要求,提出PI制下要建设实体化、多层次共享平台,按规划开展平台设备建设,按功能体系整合平台设备。实施绩效评价机制,提高工作人员的工作积极性,加强培训,提升人员的设备操作水平。建设平台信息管理系统,开展预约授权服务,实行全时服务模式,提高服务能力。设立平台运行维护专项经费,实行设备共享服务收费制度,建立稳定的平台运行经费来源途径。建设保障平台安全的制度,实施全方位的安全措施,开展安全文化建设,保证平台安全顺畅运行。How to build up the sharing platform and the sharing system of instrument and equipment truly applicable is a common challenge faced by many colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the features of the PI system and summarizes the newly-emerged demands on the equipment, personnel and services of sharing platform after implementation of the PI system in the organizational and management mode for the scientific research of our unit. Then it puts forward that the sharing platform should be materialized and multi-level sharing platform should be built under the PI system. Equipment platform should be constructed according to the plan, and the equipment on the platform should be integrated according to the function system. The performance evaluation system should be implemented, and be used to improve the working enthusiasm of the staff. The training should be strengthened to enhance the level of personnel operating the equipment. The platform information management system should be developed to provide the reservation authorization service. A full-time service （24 hours） mode should be put into practice to improve the service capability. The special maintenance funds for platform running shall be set up and the expense-charging system for equipment sharing service shall be implemented to create and maintain the stable resource of platform＇ s operational expenses. The system which can guarantee the security of platform shall be established and the comprehensive security precautions shall be implemented. The education on safety culture is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.
