摘 要:为研究某型大口径机枪采用的浮动技术及相关问题,针对其弹簧式浮动机构,对定点约束二次复进关键技术进行分析。建立机枪枪身的虚拟样机模型,并与实验结果对比,验证其可信性;利用建立的虚拟样机模型进行浮动性能分析及弹簧退化对浮动性能影响研究。结果表明,浮动自动机动力学参数匹配合理,弹簧式浮动机构具有稳定的浮动性能及良好的减后坐力效果,且定点约束二次复进技术运用使浮动机在弹簧性能退化情况下仍能实现稳定浮动与击发。To study the use of floating technique and some pivotal problems of a large caliber machine gun,a key technology called fixed-point constraint and secondary recoil was analyzed for the spring-type floating mechanism of the machine gun. Firstly,a virtual prototype model of the machine gun barrel was established. Through comparing with the test results,the model was verified to be trust worthy. Afterwards,the floating performance and the effects of spring retrogression on the floating performance were analyzed with the established model. The results indicated that the dynamic parametric matching of the floating automatic mechanism is reasonable; the spring floating mechanism has a stable floating performance and can decrease the recoil force obviously; besides,the mechanism can actualize a stable floating and firing in the case of spring retrogression because of adopting the key technology called fixed-point constraint and secondary recoil.
