团体心理咨询对实习护生就业前负性心理的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨团体心理咨询对实习护生就业前负性心理的影响。方法将120名实习护生随机分为观察组和对照组各60名,观察组进院实习后应用团体心理咨询的方法进行训练,对照组不进行团体心理咨询训练。两组均采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自信心量表(SES)对实习护生在心理咨询前与团体心理咨询训练结束后各测评1次,并进行对比分析。结果观察组实习护生进行团体心理咨询后SDS、SAS测评分值明显低于对照组,出现负性心理(焦虑、抑郁)的例数较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生自信心测评得分较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体心理咨询能有效减轻实习护生就业前的负性心理(焦虑、抑郁),提高自信心,同时也提高实习护生对未来就业的信心。Objective To investigate the group counseling on employment in nursing students before negative psychological effects. Methods Selected of 120 name internship nursing born random is divided into group and control group,each 60 name,group into homes internship hou application groups psychological advisory of method for training,control group not for groups psychological advisory training;two group are used depression since assessment volume table（SDS）,and anxiety since assessment volume table（SAS）and self-confidence volume table（SES）,on internship nursing born in for groups psychological advisory qian and groups psychological advisory training ended hou each evaluation once,then for compared analysis. Results Study group after group counseling nursing students SDS and SAS test scores significantly lower than control group,appeared negative psychological（SDS and SAS）significantly reduced the number of cases compared with the control group,there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;student practical nurses in the experimental group improved self-confidence evaluation scores than the control group,there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Group counseling can effectively mitigate the negative psychology of probationer employment（anxiety and depression）and lack of self-confidence,improve the self-esteem of nursing students for future employment.
