摘　　要：通过对天津市居民生活水平与经济和环境关系的研究,构造出动态承载力标准函数,建立了天津市"人口—经济—环境"动态模型,并对天津市人口承载力状况进行了分析。最后,探讨了提高城市承载力的措施。By studying the relationship among the economy, environment and the living standard of Tianjin residents, a new dynamic standard function is constructed for the population carrying capacity, and then the dynamic model is established about the relationship among the population, economy and environment. Meanwhile, the conditions of population carrying capacity in Tianjin are analyzed. Finally, some measures are discussed to improve the population carrying capacity of Tianjin.
