细胞型FLICE样抑制蛋白、T-box转录因子在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中细胞型FLICE样抑制蛋白(c FLIP)及T-box转录因子(TBX2)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测OSCC 57例、口腔黏膜上皮异常增生组织(DOM)38例及正常黏膜组织(NOM)30例中c FLIP、TBX2蛋白表达情况。运用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测OSCC、DOM和NOM中的c FLIP m RNA和TBX2 m RNA表达水平。结果在OSCC、DOM及NOM中,c FLIP的阳性表达率分别为91.23%、84.21%和10.00%;TBX2的阳性表达率分别为87.72%、81.85%和26.67%。c FLIP及TBX2的表达水平与患者的年龄、性别无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而肿瘤TNM分期以及有无淋巴结转移间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OSCC中c FLIP m RNA及TBX2 m RNA的表达水平明显高于DOM及NOM。c FLIP m RNA及TBX2m RNA的表达水平与患者的年龄、性别无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而肿瘤TNM分期以及有无淋巴结转移间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示c FLIP及TBX2的表达呈正相关(r=0.768,P<0.05)。结论 c FLIP及TBX2在OSCC中呈高表达,两者可能在OSCC的发生、发展中发挥重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression of cellular FLICE-like inhibitory protein（c FLIP） and T-box transcription factor 2（TBX2） in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）. Methods The immunohistochemistry technique was used to discover the expression of c FLIP and TBX2 in 57 OSCC, 38 dysplastic oral mucosa（DOM） and in 30 normal oral mucosa（NOM）. The RT-PCR was used to discover the expression of c FLIP m RNA and TBX2 m RNA in OSCC, DOM and NOM. Results In OSCC, DOM, NOM, the expression of c FLIP was 91.23%, 84.21%, 10.00%respectively; the expression of c FLIP was 87.72%, 81.85%, 26.67% respectively. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the groups of sex and age（P〉0.05）, but it was linked with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（P〈0.05）. The expression of c FLIP m RNA and TBX2 m RNA in OSCC and DOM was significantly higher than in NOM. Conclusion The expression of c FLIP and TBX2 is higher in OSCC. c FLIP and TBX2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of OSCC.
