摘　　要：信息技术的快速发展,使社会对人才要求不断提高,这给高校信息类专业人才培养带来严峻挑战。高素质、高水平的教学团队是人才培养的基本保证,文章对信息类优势专业高水平教学团队建设进行了初步探索,总结出一套教学团队建设措施。The rapid development of information technology demands increasingly more on people, bringing unexpected challenges to college education of IT specialists. High quality and high level educational team is the foundation of personnel training. Therefore, this paper discusses how to construct high-level educational team of IT majors for the first time and concludes a set of team construction measures.
