摘　　要：谈心工作是高校辅导员实施思想政治教育的基本形式和渠道。通过阐述新形势下高校辅导员有效开展谈心工作的策略与方法,以增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。＂Heart-to-heart talk＂ is to carry out ideological and political education of College Counselor＇ s basic forms and channels＇s This paper expounds strategies and methods of how to deepen students ＂Face-to-Face Talk＂ , to Strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education of College students .
