摘　　要：目的 探讨双手联合摘出陈旧性前房角异物的方法.方法 回顾性分析5例双手联合摘出陈旧性前房角异物的临床资料.结果 所有患眼的前房角异物均一次手术摘出.术中未发生异物坠落后房或晶状体损害等并发症.术后结膜充血和角膜水肿消退,房水闪光消失,视力提高.随访1～3个月,无一例术后炎症复发.结论 双手联合前房角异物摘出方法具有组织损伤小、摘出成功率高等优点.Objective To study the method of bimanual operation in extration of old foreign body in anterior chamber angle.Methods The clinical data of 5 cases with the old foreign body in anterior chamber angle whose foreign bodies were extracted with bimanual operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results All foreign bodies were extracted successfully in once operation.There was no complication such as falling of foreign body into posterior chamber or lens damage.After operation,conjunctival congestion and corneal edema were resolved and anterior chamber reactive inflammation disappeared,therefore visual acuity were improved.At the end of 1 ～ 3 months of follow-up,anterior chamber inflammation never recurred.Conclusion Bimanual operation in extration of old foreign body in anterior chamber angle is recommended for minor tissue lesion,successfly extraction in once operation.
