摘  要:目的 探讨角膜铁屑异物环形分离整体剔除术的临床效果.方法 角膜铁屑异物伤180例(180眼).随机分为观察组90例和对照组90例.观察组采用环形分离整体剔除法,对照组采用通常的一点杠杆式剔除法.结果 平均手术时间:观察组(49±10)s,对照组(175 ±25)s,观察组短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t =2.159,P=0.021).一次剔除异物成功率:观察组95.56%,对照组86.67%,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2=19.352,P=0.018).平均术后角膜创面愈合时间:观察组(3.00 ±0.50)d,对照组(4.00 ±0.50)d,观察组短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t =2.605,P=0.006).结论 治疗角膜铁屑异物采用环形分离整体剔除术能有效缩短手术时间,提高一次剔除异物成功率,缩短术后角膜创面愈合时间.Objective To investigate the efficacy of annular separation and integral removal for corneal iron foreign body.Methods The 180 eyes of 180 patients with corneal iron foreign body were randomly divided into observation group (90 patients,90 eyes) and control group (90 patients,90 eyes).Foreign bodies were removed by annular separation and integral elimination method in observation group,whereas foreign bodies were removed by one point pivot lever elimination method in control group.Results The average operative time was (49 ± 10) s in observation group,and (175 ± 25) s in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t =2.159,P =0.021).Success rate of one-time foreign body removal was 95.56% in observation group,and 86.67% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =19.352,P =0.018).The average time of corneal wound healing was (3.00 ± 0.50) d in observation group,and (4.00 ± 0.50) d in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t =2.605,P =0.006).Conclusion Annular separation and foreign body integral removal for corneal iron foreign body can effectively shorten the operating time,improve the success rate of one-time removal of foreign body,and reduce corneal wound healing time.
