摘　　要：目的 观察玻璃体视网膜手术中双染色法治疗Terson综合征效果.方法 回顾性研究总结Terson综合征13例（18眼）,均采用玻璃体视网膜手术,术中采用曲安奈德（Triamcindone acetonide,TA）玻璃体标记切除玻璃体,亮蓝（brilliant blue G,BBG）内界膜和增生膜染色剥膜.术中根据视网膜情况采用C3F8气体填充16眼,硅油填充2眼,联合白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术2眼.硅油填充者均在术后3个月取出硅油并进行C3F8气体填充.结果 18眼随访2～9月,平均（7.06±0.15）个月.最后视力0.1 ～0.2者5眼,0.3 ～0.5者9眼,≥0.6者4眼.随访中未见视网膜脱离或增生膜发生,1眼术后玻璃体少量积血,于1个月内完全吸收,1眼术后继发青光眼,于2周内眼压恢复正常.结论 玻璃体视网膜手术双染色法治疗Terson综合征取得良好疗效,能明显改善视力,提高生存质量,减少严重并发症发生.Objective To observe the effect of vitroretinal surgery with double staining in the treatment of Terson syndrome.Methods In the retrospective study of Terson syndrome,the vitrectomy was performed on 18 eyes of 13 cases.During the operations,vitreouses were marked by Triamcindone acetonide （TA）,and internal limiting membrane and epiretinal membrane were stained by brilliant blue G （BBG）.According to the conditions of retinas,sixteen eyes were temponated with C3F8,two eyes were temponated with silicone oil,two eyes underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implanttation.For silicone oil tamponade eyes,the silicone oil was removed 3 months after surgery and replaced by C3F8.Results The follow-up period ranged from 2 months to 9 months with average（7.06± 0.15） months.The final visual acuity was 0.1 ～ 0.2 in five eyes,0.3 to 0.5 in nine eyes,0.6 or better in four eyes.During the follow-up period,retinal detatchment or epimacular membrane was not found.The small amount of vitreous hemorrhage in one eye was absorbed within 1 month after the sursery.The intraocular pressure of secondary glaucoma in one eye recovered to normal within 2 weeks after the surgery.Conclusion Vitroretinal surgery with double staining in the treatment of Terson syndrome is effective.It can improve patients＇ vision and life quality and reduce the complications.
