摘 要:通过对广东省3种典型罗非鱼养殖模式(罗非鱼精养模式、鱼-鸭混养模式、鱼-菜共生模式)浮游植物群落结构的分析,比较评价3种养殖模式的群落结构状况。结果 3种养殖模式共检出浮游植物6门64种,其中,裸藻门7种,硅藻门8种,蓝藻门13种,黄藻门1种,绿藻门32种,隐藻门3种。浮游植物数量在2 023×104~4 545×104cells/L之间;多样性指数在2.57~4.00之间,均匀度在0.5~0.7之间。表明鱼菜共生模式浮游植物种类最多,多样性指数最高,群落结构最复杂,生态环境最稳定。The eco-characteristics of phytoplankton in three kinds of breeding pattern such as intensive cultivation,fish-duck culture mode,fish-vegetable culture mode in Guangdong Province were studied. Results showed that 6 classes including 64 species have been founded in the pond of three culture modes. Among them, Chlorophyta 13 species,Bacillariophyta 8 species,Chlorophyta 32 species,Cryptophyta 3 species. The biomass of phytoplankton ranged from 2 023 × 104cells/L to 4 545 ×104cells/L. The analysis result of predominance index showed that there were 9 predominant species including Chroococcus minor,Chlamydomonas microsphaera,Scenedesmus quadricauda,Crucigenia. quadrata. All the results showed that the phytoplankton species,and diversity index is the highest in fish-vegetable culture model,with complex community structure and stable ecological environment.
