摘 要:文章考察了料层厚度、翻料操作和麸皮比例3个关键因素对黑曲霉/产朊假丝酵母浅盘发酵三七渣生产蛋白饲料的影响。研究结果表明,料层厚度对品温和发酵培养物真蛋白含量影响显著(p〈0.05),增加料层厚度将导致品温升高和发酵培养物真蛋白含量降低,适宜的料层厚度为2~3 cm;翻料操作可以降低品温并提高发酵培养物的真蛋白含量。麸皮比例对发酵培养物的真蛋白含量影响显著(p〈0.05),适宜的麸皮比例为10%。The influence of three key factors such as material bed thickness,mixing operation and bran levels in the substrate on producing protein feed from notoginseng residues by Aspergillus niger and Candida utilis in tray fermentor was investigated. The results indicate that the material bed thickness has the significant effect on the product temperature and the true protein content in the fermenting medium(p〈0.05),and the increase of material bed thickness can lead to the increase of product temperature and the decrease of the true protein content in the fermenting medium,and the appropriate material bed thickness is 2~3cm. Mixing operation is helpful to reduce the product temperature and improve the true protein content in the fermenting medium. The bran level in the substrate has significant effect on the true protein content in the fermenting medium(p0.05),with the appropriate bran level in the substrate as 10%.
