体育游戏法在高校体育公共课教学中的实证研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对体育游戏法和传统教学法进行对比分析,认为运用体育游戏法能够使大学生的身体素质得到明显提高,更有助于大学生身心健康,激发学生活力.体育游戏法比传统教学法更能表现出其优势,值得广大体育工作者参考和借鉴.By literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,experiments,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,sports games and traditional teaching method are comparatively analyzed.By sports game method,physical fitness of students is improved significantly.The sports game method is helpful to college student＇s mental and physical health,and it is conducive to stimulate students vitality.Compared with traditional teaching method,the sports game method demonstrates its advantages,and it is worthy of reference.
