摘  要:国务院《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》提出,要将普通高中学业水平考试纳入高考。这一做法改变了"一考定终身"的局面,扩大了学生的选择权,有利于个性化发展,减轻了学生过重课业负担和学习压力。但将学业水平考试纳入高考也面临诸多困境:没有摆脱"应试"倾向;试卷的命制难度大;考试的操作难度大;可能使学生陷入更片面的发展。为化解这些困境,必须采取如下对策:提升学考的专业化水平;加大违规的惩罚力度;将综合素质评价纳入高考体系作为补充;全面实行走班制教学。The State Council "on deepening the reform of examination recruitment system of the implementation opinions" is put forward to the ordinary high school academic level test (ALT) in college entrance examination system (CEES). This practice has changed the situation of "youngster"; ex- pand the student's choice, which is beneficial to personal development; reduce the pressure of the heavy schoolwork burden and learning. But include ALT in the CEES is also facing many difficulties. not to get rid of the "examination--oriented" tendency; paper life system is difficult; test operation is difficult; may make students into more one--sided development. To solve these difficulties, the fol- lowing countermeasures, one is to raising the level of specialization in ALT~ second is the violation penalties; three is comprehensive quality evaluation into the CEES as a supplement; four is to imple- ment system of class teaching.
