摘　　要：国外技术哲学在当代的发展及在融合工程学的技术哲学和人文主义的技术哲学这两大传统的基础上,引进科学知识社会学中建构主义的研究方法和科学哲学中语境论的研究方法,呈现为技术哲学由传统走向当代的各种"转向",包括研究范式上的经验转向、研究方法上的建构主义和语境主义转向、研究内容上的认识论转向和研究目标上的实践转向等。国外技术哲学在当代的发展,就是在各种"转向"中展现自身的。On the basis of integrating two research traditions, that is, engineering philosophy of technology and hu- manities philosophy of technology, foreign philosophy of technology in its modern development introduces the research methods of constructivism from sociology of scientific knowledge and the research methods of contextualism from phi- losophy of science. It presents itself as various turns from traditional to contemporary philosophy of technology, in- cluding empirical turn in research paradigms, constructivist and contextual turns in research methods, the epistemo- logical turn in research contents and the practical turn in research objectives. Contemporary development of foreign philosophy of technology shows itself in a variety of ＂turns＂
