摘  要:在资料梳理与实际调研的基础上,从微观教育学的角度出发,以铜仁学院首届免费师范毕业生的专业培养与就业安置为主题,探析了免费师范生的招生、录取、培养、就业情况等多重影响因素,着重指出:政策实施与制度完善并存,激励机制与创新潜力共生,进一步强化和落实地方政府责任,构建畅通的沟通协调机制,是拓展基础教育事业的保障。Based on literature and investigation, from the micro perspective of pedagogy, this paper takes the major training and employment of the first tuition-free undergraduate students at Tongren university as research topic to explore the enrollment, admission, training, employment of tuition-free students at teachers' college. It is held that the coexistence of policy implementation and system improvement, and the combination of incentives and innovative potentials are the guarantee to expand elementary education. It is also proposed that local government responsibility should be further strengthened and smooth communication and coordination mechanism should be built.
