摘 要:沥青路面施工中,压实质量不高,往往是造成路面过早破坏的主要原因之一。本文通过对国内外沥青混合料压实机理的研究现状进行分析和归纳,分析了影响沥青混合料压实质量的因素,指出现场压实度的实时监测可有效提高沥青路面压实质量的控制;分析了压实机理试验研究方面的不足;对压实机理的数值研究进行了综述,并指出离散元方法在压实机理研究方面的优势与前景;最后,指出了当前研究所取得的主要成果以及存在的问题与不足,提出了解决这些问题的研究设想,为从事沥青混合料压实机理研究的试验研究人员提供该方面的初步理解和思路。Low compaction quality in the construction process of asphalt pavement is one of the main reasons to cause premature failure of the pavement. This paper analyzes and concludes the domestic and overseas research status of the compaction mechanism of asphalt mixture. The factors impacting on the quality of asphalt mixture compaction are analyzed,and the real-time monitoring of the compactness in field is recommended to improve compaction quality control. The drawbacks about the experimental research on compacting mechanism are also presented; and the numerical study on the compacting mechanism is reviewed,and it is concluded that discrete element method is advantageous and promising. The major achievements and the existing problems and deficiencies about the compacting mechanism research at present are pointed out. Finally,it proposes some research ideas according to the overall problems. The paper will provide a preliminary understanding and ideas about the compaction mechanism of asphalt mixture for the researchers who prepare to do the related work.
