摘　　要：心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)是对呼吸心跳骤停患者所采用的最初急救措施,尽早、有效、规范的CPR是抢救患者生命的唯一途径,也是抢救成功的关键。笔者对影响CPR成功的相关因素进行综述,旨在提高CPR成功率、减少致残率,供广大医务工作者参考。Cardiopulmonary resuscitation（ CPR） is the initial emergency measures adopted for respiratory and cardiac arrest patients,timely effective standard CPR is the only way to save patient＇s life,and also the key to rescue patient successfully. Factors related to CPR were reviewed,aiming to improve the success rate of CPR and reduce disability rate for medical workers reference.
