中美高校图书馆联盟成员权责比较研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对当前我国高校图书馆联盟成员管理尚未完善的现状,探究高校图书馆联盟成员权利与义务的界定与实施,引导高校图书馆联盟更好地实行成员管理。[方法/过程]采用扎根理论对中美两国高校图书馆联盟成员权责内容进行理论框架的构建,在框架基础上对成员权责的内容与体系进行对比。[结果/结论]研究表明,中美两国高校图书馆联盟成员权责体系结构层次基本一致,但美国联盟更具操作性与针对性,对于我国联盟发展具有如下启示:明确联盟组织文化细则,强调联盟成员管理权利,提高权责的实际约束力,丰富共同发展权责等。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper studies the rights and obligations of college members in University Li- brary-Consortia that how to deal with the current issues of the imperfect member management in China and guide the Chinese Library Consortia to improve its member control. [ Method/process ] Based on the grounded theory, this paper builds the theoretical framework of rights and obligations of members in University Library Consortia in China and Ameri- ca, and compares their differences. [ Result/conclusion ] The results show that the American member management is more operability and forced in the case of the similar framework level of rights and obligations. It brings the enlightenments which include clearing organization culture, emphasizing member rights, improving member control and abundant the common development for Chinese Library Consortia development.
