摘　　要：目前国内学术界广泛使用道德整合范畴,但对其内涵的认识尚未达成基本共识,主要表现为缺乏整体性、一致性的完整把握,有必要对其做进一步的学理性探讨。从伦理学视阈,运用系统论方法,通过对整合、道德系统和道德整合的逐一厘清,表明道德整合既是一种道德系统的系统活动、系统功能和系统的自我更新优化的过程,也是社会主体结合自身特性和所处时代特征而做出的伦理性追求。Academic circles have not yet made common sense on moral integration concept characterized by less of integrity and consistency.It is necessary to make academic exploration on the further.The author takes ethics perspective and uses methods of system theory to have a in-depth understanding and comprehensive connotation of moral integration,through the integration,the moral system and moral integration clarified one by one.It indicates that moral integration is both the moral system activity,the optimization of the system function and system update,also is the social main body＇s activity combined with its own characteristics and time characteristics and ethical pursuit.
