摘 要:目的:观察番茄红素与纳洛酮对急性酒精中毒小鼠的催醒和保护作用。方法将72只小鼠随机分为2大组,分别用于饮酒前给药实验和醉酒后给药实验。每大组小鼠再随机分为6组:食用油组、生理盐水组、番茄红素低剂量组、番茄红素高剂量组、纳洛酮组、番茄红素+纳洛酮组,每组6只。分别记录急性酒精中毒小鼠翻正反射消失潜伏期和睡眠时间,并通过苏木精-伊红染色观察海马CA1区神经细胞的损伤情况。结果番茄红素和纳洛酮单独给药对小鼠翻正反射消失潜伏期和睡眠时间均无明显影响(P>0.05)。而番茄红素与纳洛酮联合用药可明显缩短饮酒前给药和醉酒后给药小鼠的睡眠时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且显著改善了急性酒精中毒导致的海马CA1区神经细胞病理改变。结论番茄红素和纳洛酮联合用药对急性酒精中毒小鼠有催醒和保护作用。Objective To observe the effects of lycopene and naloxone on the consciousness -regaining and neural protection of mice after acute alcohol intoxication .Methods A total of 72 Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups which were administrated with the agents to be tested before drinking alcohol or after intoxication .Mice in each group were then randomly subdivided into six groups (n=6 each), according to their different treatments of edible oil , normal saline, a low/high dose of lycopene , naloxone and combined lycopene and naloxone .Then, the duration of alco-hol intoxication when righting reflex disappeared and the sleeping time of mice were recorded .Meanwhile , neuronal dam-age in the hippocampus CA1 region was assessed through hematoxylin and eosin (H-E) staining.Results Administra-tion with either lycopene or naloxone alone could not result in any significant effect on the duration of alcohol intoxication and the sleeping time .However , the combined use of lycopene and naloxone can remarkably shorten the sleepy time of mice treated before drinking alcohol and after intoxication .Furthermore , this combined use obviously relieved the neuro-nal damage within the CA1 region due to acute alcohol intoxication .Conclusion The combined use of lycopene and nal-oxone can produce effects on the consciousness -regaining and neuronal protection of mice after acute alcohol intoxica-tion.
