摘　　要：干部网络专题培训是创新干部在线教育培训的重要形式与途径。实施干部网络专题培训必须抓好主题设计、完善学习平台功能、组织课程资源、做好学习支持服务及加强学员学习管理等几个环节。要不断加强专题培训主题调研,创新专题培训制度建设,设计科学的专题培训课程体系,强化参训学员的学习管理与专题培训成果的运用。The network special training for cadres is an important creation in the form and approach of online education and training for cadres. It＇s essential to make great efforts to design the subject,to perfect the functions of learning platform,to organize curriculum resources,to accomplish learning support service and strengthen the management of learners＇ learning. It＇s necessary to enhance the training subject research constantly,create the construction of training regulations,design scientific course system,and intensify the learners＇ learning management and the application of training achievements.
