国家治理视阈下环境非政府组织参与环境教育研究

摘　　要：环境问题的复杂性以及国家、学校在环境教育作用方面的局限性,使得非政府组织参与环境教育成为可能;环境非政府组织以其教育对象的广泛性、内容的多样性以及方式的灵活性等特点,在环境教育中的作用越来越重要。进一步发挥我国环境非政府组织在环境教育中的作用,需从以下三方面着手:一要加强政府的政策支持与资源供给,二要加强环境非政府组织自身的建设,三要加强国际交流与合作。What make it possible for Environmental NGOs to take part in environmental education are the complexity of environmental problems and the limitations of states and schools in environmental education. The universality of the education targets, the diversity of the education contents and the flexibility of the education methods make the Environmental NGOs play a key role in environmental education. To make full use of the Environmental NGOs, we should strengthen the government＇s policy support and resources supply, the building of environmental NGOs and the international exchanges and cooperation.
