高校校园网站群服务管理体系的构建与实践——以北京联合大学为例

摘　　要：随着教育信息化的深入发展,信息化基础设施建设日趋完善,用户对信息技术服务的要求和期望值越来越高,信息技术的服务管理成为现阶段备受关注的首要问题.本文以北京联合大学为例,阐述了校园网站群服务管理体系的构建框架、应用模式与实践效果.With the thorough going development of information technology in education,The information infrastructure construction is being completed,the customers demand for services and technology will become higher and higher.So the ITSM is became the focus issue.Take Beijing Union University for example,this paper expounds the SMS framework,application patterns and practice effect for campus website group.
