摘　　要：互联网技术的迅猛发展为高校信息化应用的用户体验水平提出了更高要求.对于信息化部门而言,通过技术手段提升应用的用户体验水平已迫在眉睫.本文主要围绕与技术相关的用户体验问题展开研究,通过调研分析某校公共数据库平台的现状,指出应用中普遍存在的用户体验问题,探讨如何通过技术手段改进和提升其用户体验水平,并通过参考优秀的社会化网站个例,提出相应的用户体验设计策略.The rapid development of internet technology has put forward higher requirements to the user experience of college informational applications.It is urgent for the information technology department to enhance the user experience with technical methods.This paper mainly focused on the technology related user experience issues,investigated the present situation in a college application platform,pointed out the common user experience problems in the applications,discussed the way to improve and enhance user experience by the method of technology,and proposed corresponding user experience design strategy.
