高校教师队伍信息化管理的数据需求探索

摘　　要：随着信息技术的日趋成熟,国内各高校的教师队伍都开始采用管理信息系统来进行各种相关业务的综合管理,在初始阶段很大程度上提高了工作效率,但是随着国家各部门信息化进程的推进,以及高校国际化进程的推进,现有信息系统无法与国外相关制度进行衔接,现有各种管理信息系统之间的数据交换也逐渐突显出问题,出现了各种信息孤岛,影响了高校教师队伍信息化管理的进一步发展.本文提出,数据需求探索是高校教师队伍的信息化管理关键所在,首先要对高校教师队伍未来发展的业务数据需求进行充分的分析和预测,做好学校信息化管理的顶层设计,建立基础数据库实现学校各部门之间的数据共享,在信息系统设计方面实现模块化管理,同时数据结构的设计还要保持充分的灵活性,从而才能够适应不断变化的业务流程管理的需求.With the developing of the information technology,teachers in domestic universities are employing management information system to comprehensively manage various relevant businesses,which largely improves the work efficiency at the initial stage.However,with the advancement of the information process in national departments and international process in domestic universities,the existing information systems are not able to link with associated abroad systems.There are also problems in data exchange between the existing management information systems,involving the occurrence of information islands,which impairs the further development of information management on teachers in universities.This article proposes that the exploration of data requirement is key to information management on teachers in universities.First,the business data requirement of future development of teachers in universities should be sufficiently analyzed and predicted.Secondly,the information management should be generally designed;basic databases should be established to achieve data sharing between departments in universities,so as to achieve modular management in terms of information system design.Also,the design ofdata structure should be sufficient flexible to adapt the changing requirements of business procedure management.
