偏头痛发作期患者血浆HCY和CRP含量及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究偏头痛发作期患者血浆中HCY和CRP的含量及二者的相关性。方法收集118例偏头痛发作期患者及116例健康人的血液标本,采用荧光免疫法测定HCY的含量和散射比浊法测定CRP的含量。结果偏头痛组血浆HCY和CRP平均含量分别为19.75±5.90μmol/L、3.48±0.84 mg/L;健康对照组血浆HCY和CRP含量分别为10.26±2.14μmol/L、0.92±0.24 mg/L。偏头痛组患者HCY、CRP表达明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示偏头痛组HCY、CRP无相关性。结论偏头痛发作期患者血浆HCY、CRP含量均增高,HCY、CRP在偏头痛的发生、发展中起重要作用,但HCY与CRP含量之间无相关性。Objective To explore the contents and correlation of homocysteine（ HCY） and C-reaction protein（ CRP） in blood plasma of migraine in attack stage. Methods The blood preparation of 118 patients with migraine in attack stage and 116 normal subjects were collected. The levels of HCY and CRP were respectively measured by fluorescence immunoassay and nephelometry. Results The contents of the HCY and CRP in plasma of migraine respectively were19. 75 ± 5. 90 μmol / L、3. 48 ± 0. 84 mg / L; The levels of HCY and CRP in the common group plasma respectively were10. 26 ± 2. 14 μmol / L、0. 92 ± 0. 24 mg / L. The contents of the HCY and CRP in plasma of migraine group were significantly higher than the common group and there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; Analysis of the correlation displayed that there were no correlation between HCY and CRP in plasma of migraine. Conclusion The contents of the HCY and CRP in plasma of migraine group are significantly higher than the common group. The HCY and CRP might play important role in the occurrence of migraine. But there is no correlation between HCY and CRP in plasma of migraine.
