摘　　要：目前国内领导心理学的研究多限于工商领域,没有把工商领域的领导与政治领域的领导区分开来,导致许多理论被错误地用于对政治领导的分析。政治领域与工商领域的领导心理研究在学科的定位、领导目标、领导与下属的关系、研究方法和研究内容等方面都存在着明显的差异,有必要建立起一门属于政治领域的领导心理学。So far , scholars in China mainly focused their studing of the psychology of leadership on the sphere of business , and did not discriminate the leadership between politics and business , resulting in trans-planting incorrectly the theories of business leadership in the analysis of political leadership .In fact, there are many differences between the two disciplines as follow：nature of discipline , goal of leadership , relation-ship between leaders and their subordinates , research methods , research content etc .Therefore , it is neces-sary to set up a subject about the psychology of political leadership .
