摘  要:甘蔗产业发展历史悠久,至唐代进入了一个新的阶段,其表现在产地增加,呈现"多个中心,南北不平衡"的分布特征;商品化生产特征明显,出现了种蔗、制糖及贩糖的专业户。甘蔗产业的商品化发展对当时唐代社会生活产生了重要作用和影响:既丰富了唐人饮食文化生活,又促使封建自然经济进一步向商品经济的转变。Sugarcane is an established agricultural crop with a long history of cultivation .In terms of the progress been made in Tang Dynasty , there were increased growing areas with the distribution characteristic of being “multi-centered and north-south imbalanced”;the characteristic of sugarcane commercialization is marked by emergence of specialized households .The commercialization of sugarcane industry also played a major role in the social life of Tang Dynasty for it not only stimulated catering industry , but also made com-mercial market booming and promoted the production of commodities .
