重楼愈伤组织的抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究重楼根茎诱导获得愈伤组织的抑菌作用,为中药资源的有效开发利用提供一条重要途径.方法:以宋内氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌为受试菌,头孢噻肟钠为对照药,采用试管稀释法和琼脂平板扩散法对重楼根茎愈伤组织提取物的抑菌作用进行研究,并比较它们的最小抑菌浓度.结果:重楼根茎愈伤组织提取物对宋内氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为15.63 mg/m L、31.25 mg/m L、31.25 mg/m L.结论:重楼根茎愈伤组织提取物具有一定的抑菌作用,为其临床应用提供了实验依据.This paper explores the antimicrobial action of callus from Paris polyphylla rhizome to provide an important way for effective development and utilization of chinese medicine resources. We used Shigella sonnei,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the tested bacteria,and took Cefotaxime Sodium as the contrast drug. We used the tube broth method and the agar plate diffusion method to research the antimicrobial action of the extract from Paris polyphylla rhizome callus,and compared the minimal inhibition concentrations of the three kinds of bacteria. The experimental results showed that the extract from Paris polyphylla rhizome callus had some antimicrobial effect,and the three minimal inhibition concentrations of Shigella sonnei,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 15. 63 mg / m L,31. 25 mg / m L and 31. 25 mg / m L respectively. We conclude that the Paris polyphylla rhizome callus extract has some antimicrobial effect,which provides the experimental basis for its clinical application.
