牙周夹板在牙周病松动牙固定中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析牙周夹板应用于牙周病松动牙固定的效果。方法根据临床中40例牙周病松动牙患者来进行此次研究,共有患牙220颗,这些患者中男性患者是22例,占研究总数的55%,女性患者有18例,是研究总数的45%,最小患者是26岁,最大患者是65岁,患者病程1年到8年不等。共有前牙松动85颗,后牙松动55颗,混合松动60颗,对这些患者使用牙周夹板来进行固定治疗,对治疗的效果进行总结分析。结果全部患者经过治疗后共有显效病例24例,是研究总数的60%,进步病例13例占研究总数的25%,无效病例3例,占研究总数的15%,总有效率是85%。结论牙周病牙松动的情况需要采取牙周板固定治疗,临床中效果好,患者的治疗有效率高,值得推广使用。Objective To study the analysis of periodontal splint used in periodontal loosened teeth fixed effect.MethodsAccordingccording to the clinical in 40 cases of periodontal disease agomphiasis patients for this study, a total of 220 teeth in these patients, male patients are 22 cases, accounting for 55% of the total number of research, female patients 18 cases, is the study of the total 45% patients, the minimum is 26, maximum the patient was a 65 year old. Patients with a course of 1 years to 8 years. A total of 85 teeth teeth loose teeth, 55 teeth loose loose, mixed 60, of these patients using periodontal splint to ifx treatment, to analyze the therapeutic effect.ResultsAll the patients after treatment were effective in 24 cases, is the study of 60% of the total, 13 cases of progressive accounted for 25% of the total, 3 cases of invalid, accounting for the total number of 15%, the total efifciency is 85%.ConclusionPeriodontal disease teeth loose situation needs to take periodontal plate ifxation in the treatment of patients, the clinical effect is good, the effective rate of the treatment is high, it is worth to promote the use.
