颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者的临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的：研究分析颅脑外伤引起的精神障碍患者采取中西结合治疗以及单纯西药治疗的效果。方法根据2011～2013年我院的60例颅脑损伤引起的精神障碍患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组，对照组患者接受的是西药治疗，观察组患者接受的是中西结合治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者经过治疗后，观察组共有15例治愈、7例显效、3例有效，还有5例无效，总有效率是83.33%；对照组共有11例治愈、6例显效、2例有效，11例无效，总有效率是63.34%，两组结果比较有明显的差异性，观察组有效率高于对照组。结论临床中为颅脑外伤引起的精神病患者来进行使用中西结合的治疗方式具有比较好的效果。Objective The treatment and the pure western medicine treatment with Chinese and Western to take the effect of patients with mental disorders research analysis of craniocerebral injury caused by. MethodsAccording to carry on the research analysis of patients with mental disorders caused by 60 cases of craniocerebral injury in our hospital from 2011 to 2013, these patients were grouped into control group and observation group, the control group received is western medicine treatment, the observation group patients was treated by combination of Chinese and western, carried on the comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical effects. Results The two groups of patients after treatment, the observation group were 15 cases were cured, 7 cases markedly effective, 3 cases effective, and 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 83.33%; control group a total of 11 cases were cured, 6 cases markedly effective, 2 cases effective, 11 cases ineffective, the total efifciency is 63.34%, the two group results there is signiifcant differences among the sex, the observation group had higher efifciency than the control group.Conclusion The clinical for craniocerebral trauma caused by mental patients to use a combination of Chinese and Western treatment has a good effect, can be widely used in clinic.
