摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除术在治疗先天性胆总管囊肿中的临床效果。方法选取我院在2012～2014年期间收治的40例先天性胆总管囊肿患者为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组20例实施开腹胆总管囊肿切除术，实验组20例实施腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除术，统计对比分析治疗效果。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术，实验组术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后住院时间及切口大小优于对照组。结论治疗先天性胆总管囊肿，虽然腹腔镜手术在时间和费用上高于开腹手术，但是疗效好、安全性高。Objective To evaluate laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision in the treatment of the clinical effect of congenital choledochal cyst in.Methods Choose 40 cases of congenital choledochal cyst patients in our hospital from 2012～2014 with gastric research object, and were randomly divided into the control group of 20 cases the implementation of laparoscopic common bile ductcyst excision, 20 cases in experimental group underwent laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision, statistics contrast analysis of therapeutic effect.Results Two patients were successfully completed the operation, the bleeding volume, operation of the experimental group after eating time, postoperative hospitalization time and incision size is signiifcantly better than the control group.Conclusion For the treatment of congenital choledochal cyst, although the laparoscopic operation was higher than open operation in time and expense, but good curative effect, high safety.
