探讨持续性高眼压青光眼的抗青光眼手术疗效

摘　　要：目的：研究分析持续性高眼压青光眼使用抗青光眼手术的治疗效果。方法2001～2006年我院共接收了36例持续性高眼压青光眼患者，共有患眼41只，根据患者的临床治疗效果以及随诊6～72个月来进行探讨分析。结果持续性高眼压青光眼患者需要接受手术治疗，持续性高眼压状态接受青光眼手术治疗具有较高的几率出现并发症。结论持续性高眼压青光眼患者接受手术治疗，有较大的几率出现并发症，手术成功率并不高，因此术前准备，术中操作，术后处理等都是非常重要的步骤，可以降低患者的并发症几率，提升治疗效果，临床中需要对患者进行持续用药，积极的安排手术治疗。Objective To study the analysis of glaucoma with durative intraocular hypertension using anti glaucoma operation treatment effect. MethodsFrom 2001 to 2006 in our hospital received a total of 36 cases of persistent ocular hypertension glaucoma patients, there were 41 eyes, according to the patient＇s clinical treatment effect and followed up for 6 to 72 months to analyze.Results The continuous high intraocular pressure glaucoma patients need operation treatment, constant high intraocular pressure state to accept operation for glaucoma probability has higher complications. Conclusion Continuous high intraocular pressure glaucoma patients accepted operation treatment, have a greater chance of complications, operation success rate is not high, therefore the preoperative preparation, operation, postoperative treatment are very important steps, can reduce the risk of complications of patients, enhance the treatment effect, the need for continued drug use in patients with clinical in the arrangement of active treatment, operation.
