分析老年慢性萎缩性胃炎的心理问题及护理方法

摘　　要：目的研究患有慢性萎缩性胃炎的老年患者心理问题及护理干预效果。方法将72例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分组行不同模式护理干预。采用SCL-90量表测评患者心理状态并统计两组对护理满意度差异性。结果护理后SCL-90测评结果观察组分数明显更低;满意度方面,对照组86.11%,观察组97.22%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对慢性萎缩性胃炎老年患者应分析其心理障碍,调节其治疗情绪,提升依从性。ObjectiveTo study the psychological problems and nursing intervention of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 72 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups as different modes of nursing intervention. SCL-90 scale was used to psychological status of patients and the statistical evaluation of two nursing satisfaction differences.ResultsCare SCL-90 survey results showed that the observation group was signiifcantly lower scores; satisfaction, 86.11% in the control group, reached 97.22% in the observation group, signiifcant differences between the groups.Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis should analyze their psychological disorders, mood adjust its treatment to enhance compliance.
