摘　　要：目的：研究国内奥铂联合方案加艾迪注射液诊治晚期胃肠癌的效果以及副作用。方法40例都使用奥铂130 mg/m2,第二到第六天使用亚叶酸钙120 mg/m2，5-氟尿嘧啶500 mg/m2,艾迪注射液50 ml/次，进行静脉注射。结果副作用反应主要表现为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度的骨髓抑制、消化道不适症状以及Ⅰ度周围神经炎。结论本文使用的方式在进行晚期胃肠癌诊治是有着突出的、临床获益率大的效果，可以增加病人生存品种。ObjectiveTo study the domestic platinum combination with eddy injection treatment of advanced gastric cancer effect and side effects.Methods 40 cases use the platinum 130 mg/m2, the second to the sixth day using calcium and folic acid 120 mg/m2, 5-fluorouracil 500 mg/m2, eddy injection 50 ml/second, an intravenous injection.Results Aderse reactions mainly forⅠ～Ⅱdegrees of bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal symptoms and peripheral neuritisⅠdegrees.Conclusion In this paper, using the method in the diagnosis and treatment of advanced gastric cancer is a prominent clinical beneift rate, a big effect, can increase the varieties of patient survival.
