摘　　要：淀粉是一种天然高分子碳水化合物,分为直链淀粉和支链淀粉。但是由于受到天然淀粉的不稳定性等特征的制约,使得淀粉的应用领域受到限制,因此衍生出了改性淀粉。文章重点综述了改性淀粉在造纸工业及其他工业中的应用,拟为改性淀粉的综合利用开发提供理论借鉴。Starch is a natural polymer carbohydrates, divided into amylose and amylopectin. But because of the restriction of natural starch instability characteristics, which makes the appli- cation field of starch is limited, thus derived from the modified starch. This paper reviewed the application of modified starch in the paper industry and other industries, to provide the theoretical reference for the development and comprehensive utilization of modified starch.
